I found a really good degreaser at K-Mart. It's called Penske degreaser; it comes in a spray bottle and is green. I tried it today (raining) and it works really good. Have been shining and polishing all day. Finally got that sticker off the gas tank. Yeah! Going to polish the pipe tomorrow.
My brother-in-law went to the republic of Texas rally yesterday (Fri.) and got soaked all the way down from Dallas to Austin. Made it in 7 hours. Normally it would take less than four. He has a brand new Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan nomad. Haven't heard from him today. Probably having a great time. I'm going next year.
